Primavera De Filippi

Primavera de Filippi is a researcher at the CERSA as well as an associate researcher of the Berkman Center for Internet & Society ( Harvard University) where she analyses the legal implications of shared architecture. Her research focuses on legal challenges brought up by “blockchain” technologies, such as Bitcoin, Ethereul,ect_and how these technologies can be used to create new framework of horizontal governance to foster collaboration and participative decision making.

She graduated from the Bocconi University of Milan, Berkley and the European Institut of Florence where she got her doctorate from. She is a member Global Agenda Council on the Future of Software & Society at the World Economic Forum (WEF), as well as the founder of the Dynamic Coalition on “blockchain” technologies ( COALA).
